Birthday Wishlist 2017

New year new birthday? I love creating my birthday wishlist because it’s just fun to write down all the things you want that year- even if you don’t necessarily get everything on your list. You feel me? Come onnnn, grab a paper and write down everything that you want RIGHT NOW. Isn’t it exciting? Who knows, maybe one day you’ll look back and say, “OMG, I actually got it”. That was basically me with my 2015 Wishlist and my iPhone 6 and my Happy Planner Wishlist which I almost got everything from.

Oh and btw, I actually buy practically everything on my wishlist. I think I have a self-buying syndrome where I always justify why I need something in my life. It also feels damn good when you work hard and can buy the things you want. 

This year, my wishlist is actually pretty short because I honestly couldn’t think of anything that I actually truly wanted. But hey, the year has just begun so let me not get ahead of myself #LOL 

I also didn’t plan on going with a rose gold/pink theme but it just happened and who was I to deny it? These are actually my fave colours and I won’t mind having everything in this scheme. 

On my wishlist… 

1. I love having bags around me all the time. I carry one with me almost everywhere (my Kate Spade Crossbody bag in neon yellow but that’s not longer available. Here’s a pink and here’s a black option) but now I’m twitching to get something new. This Ted Baker Berte has me swooning. It’s small enough to grab and take on errands, mall trips or just any fun, spur of the moment adventures. The colour is to die for and it’s also very demure so it can go with many outfits without causing too much of a stir. 

2. S’well is a new brand of water bottles that’s definitely modern chic. They were created from the need to stop using plastic bottles (soooo guilty of this but I actually made vast improvements). Proceeds also go to charity and you know I loveeee to shop especially when there’s a good cause behind. Sure, you can use any bottle, but I love this rose gold one you can get here (cheaper) or on Amazon here. All bottles can keep drinks cold for 24 hours & hot for 12. See, it’s like a thermos so you can have other drinks in there besides water! 

3. OMG I love all things Kylie Cosmetics #NOSHAME. I have a ton of her lipkits but I’ve been eyeing The Bronze Palette for such. a. long. time. You know I swoon for nude colours like these and this palette has all the colours that I want. Plus, they are all matte except the gold & quartz ones which have a satin finish for a really muted shimmery look. These colours also look ridiculously amazing on olive/tan skin tones like mine so I really must have this palette this year. 

4. You knowwwww I could not include a planner. This is the Webster’s Colour Crush Pink and Gold Planner. I just got this Light Teal one for Christmas, but come onnnn, look at this one with the cute AF gold foil polka dots. It’s absolutely stunning. This would be perfect if I wanted to switch things up midyear. P.S. would you want to see how I use this type of planner? I was thinking about doing something on my personal channel. 

5. I don’t know what is with me and headphones- maybe because I’m always on my laptop editing videos? For Christmas one year, I gave my guy Beats headphones and I used it a few times and OMG the sound is amazing- not to mention the way it cancels everything around you. I love this Rose Gold  Solo3 one not only because of the colour, but because they are wireless. My headphones are always getting tangled and god forbid when I forget to detach it from my laptop. My heart legit drops as I scramble to catch my falling laptop. With these, I can take them everywhere without the hassle of a cord and I actually like love that idea. 

6. The last thing on my list are Niké shoes. Since my gym binge of late, I can’t stop wanting more and more sneakers. Bright colours and outfits make me so motivated to get my sweat on. These are rose gold trainers and aren’t they absolutely gorgeous?  Okay tbh, I won’t mind a teal one either but it wasn’t matching with my fab colour scheme. #NOJUDGEMENT
