It’s another day so another freebie? Okay not really. BUT, it is day 10 of my 30 Days to Get Your Life Together (#GYLT) series on YouTube, and today it’s all about tracking where the heck your time is going. I know I’m not the only one- but did a whole day ever pass and you wondered WHAT DID YOU DO TODAY? Or maybe- where did the time go? Well today, we’re gonna find out exactly where our mysterious time is going. Oh, with a FREE cute printable to help.
P.S. be sure you’re following me on instagram @itsroxyjames where there’s so much exclusive lifestyle content you really don’t want to miss!
By tracking our time hour by hour from the time we wake up to the time we go to bed, we can be accountable for how we use our time and therefore how we can make the best of our time.
It makes me shook whenever I think about time flying. I feel like I want to just fit it all in and live my life to the cliched fullest. But sometimes, I realize I dilly dally a LOT and I really have no idea where my time goes or how the heck does 24 hours just disappear.
I decided to take a hands on approach-literally- and track my day and what I’m doing hour by hour so I can account for my time. This includes naps, scrolling, eating, Netflix, working and all that jazz. By seeing what I’m spending the most time on, or just seeing where my time is going, I can see how I can make some changes.
Maybe I can cut back on something and instead, add another thing that would just be more beneficial instead or more life worthy? I would definitely be updating you on this and sharing my thoughts and I would love for you to do the same!
Here’s the printable- all you have to do is right click and save to your desktop and then hit print. This printable is totally FREE but if you use it or find it helpful in any way, feel free to follow me @itsroxyjames on instagram to support the content I’m creating.
What did you spend the most time on? What do you think you can fit into your schedule? I hope this helps you somehow get a new perspective on the scary topic of time and how you can maybe control how you use your time.
Gosh, I felt as if I said the word “time” so much!
