Why you NEED this in your life

Let me just say that I was a non-believer. When I first saw it I was like ummm is this a sex toy? How is this supposed to help with soreness? Yea righttttt- this will never work. I TAKE IT ALL BACK. This little tool changed my life and now, when I’m on a plane,  driving, sitting, lazing on my bed, waiting on food at a restaurant, I use it even though I get some weird looks. It’s called a stick trigger wheel massager and it’s a must have!!!

Pineapple Print Bag featuring Designer Anicia Brooks

Pineapples are a HUGE trend everywhere and it doesn’t seem to be disappearing any time soon- and that’s a good thing because they are such fun tropical prints to play around with. Enter local Trinidadian designer, Anicia Brooks. I absolutely love her designs. Everything she does fits perfectly with the idea of island & tropical- which being from the Caribbean, I love.

Swim with Turtles in Barbados with Calabaza

This week I went to the beautiful island of Barbados and OMG let me just say this island is STUNNING. The beaches here are some of the best that I’ve seen and my guy literally had to draggggg me out while I was screaming 10 MORE MINUTES!! I could see right down through the turquoise water at the white sands below me.

One activity that you HAVE to do when visiting Barbados is swim with the turtles. I was low key terrified because I don’t like things touching me in the ocean- honestly if I only feel seaweed I fly out of that water like nobody’s business. But I knew this was a once in a lifetime opp so I booked my tickets with Calabaza and got ready to go sailing.

Tropical Romper – Perfect for Island Get Aways

Recently I took a mini vacation to the tiny Caribbean island of Tobago. I love it there because it’s honestly a tourist’s dream- crystal clear turquoise beaches, white sands, friendly people and just an overall laid back, relaxing environment. 

Visiting a tropical island, it’s only necessary that you have tropical printed clothes to match! When I think of an island getaway, I think bright colours, 50 shades of blue, floral prints- you feel me. So when Samantha from Be You TT, an online Trinidadian boutique reached out to collab, I had to say yes.
