Valentine’s Day Plan With Me & GIVEAWAY

For Valentine’s Day (gulp, yes, it’s that time again), I decided to a plan with me spread that reflected all the pink and prettiness of that day, as well as SURPRISE- a giveaway* which you can enter in this post.

I think with my PWM videos, I want to take one week out of every month and just do a themed spread- does that make sense? So I can do a birthday week, vacation week, Parisienne themed week and you probably get the point by now.  Thoughts?

Kale Stuffed Jumbo Shells with Goat Cheese

Long story short- I am crazy about being in the kitchen. There are days when I have the urge to just whip up something that’s not only healthy, but also fun and easy. These kale stuffed shells with goat cheese and other herbs really hit the spot. AND would you believe that I gave it to my boyfriend to try and he ate it all up? Why is this important you ask? Basically, I don’t cook with salt and he’s a huge advocate for salt in food. Also, he vowed that he hated kale and would never eat it. Also, he may believe that meat >>>> vegetarian everything. Well I showed him. 

It also helped that he believed it was spinach until I eventually confessed. Technically I didn’t lie. I merely just nodded when he said he’ll eat it because “it’s spinach”. #EVILLAUGH
