BTW, here’s a glimpse of my current winter/morning routine.
I haven’t done a recipe in like foreverrrrr but since it’s the holidays and I have a few minutes to spare, why not try new things right? I opened the fridge one day and found two portobello mushrooms staring at me and instead of doing the usual chop and sauté, I decided to stuff them with some spinach and other goodies.
Seriously, it was soooo good and it only needed 6 ingredients. Say whatttt? Yea- you heard me. And it takes under 10 5 minutes to prepare and 25 minutes to bake. Interested? Keep reading and don’t get too hungry. 
Ahhh so this was almost 6 months in the making and I’m so happy I can finally share it with you.
