Tomorrow is Mother’s Day so I took that into consideration while planning this episode of #MAKEITINMAY These chalkboard pots/planters would be a fun, last minute gift for your mom and even though I made herb pots, you can put her fave flowers or even cacti in it if that’s her thing. Not only are these extremely easy to make but they are personalizable so you can write fun things on them for your mom and I’m sure she’ll love that added touch.

Okay I swear y’all are hearing from my almost everyday now. Sorry if that’s a bit creepy. If you consistently read my blog, you would know that I missed two Friday Faves and that’s all because of my crazy hectic schedule with #MAKEITINMAY going on. But today, I decided to bring to you my current faves to a YouTube near you.
I didn’t do my ‘monthly faves’ since last year because I just felt pressured to find products every month to love, and then share with you. Drumroll pleaseeeee! It’s the 3rd episode of #MAKEITINMAY and technically, this would be a series within a series since it’s “Trash to Treasure”. In this DIY, I’ll be taking 3 items that you would consider to be ‘trash’ and I’m gonna revamp it and give it an entirely new life and purpose. You can get amazing room accents by just visiting the thrift store, spending a few bucks and by the time you’re finished, you have fancy shmancy decor.
