Hello loves! This holiday videos is all about yummy treats-but with way less sugar. I watched a few YT videos and tbh, I couldn’t help but cringe when I saw the amount of sugar going into them. With my healthy lifestyle-one that I very much intend on keeping up- I had to think up something new so I could share it with you guys. Ya know, in case anyone was feeling my healthy vibes. Making good food choices is all about finding the right compromise. I used chocolate [little indulgence] to make the cookies and instead of topping them with ickies like sprinkles, marshmallows and whatever else you top things with these days, I opted for things which taste ahmazing as well as had some nutritional value e.g. pumpkin seeds, pomegranate seeds, chocolate covered sunflower seeds [bit of a cheat but nonetheless much better than some other crap], cranberries [you can use raisins], pistachios and sliced almonds.
I made a milk chocolate batch and then a white chocolate batch just for me. I’m one of the weird ones who just love white chocolate [lemme know if I’m not alone!].
Sorry, I did get a bit carried away with the pictures but really? Can you blame me? Not only do these look festive but they taste so fricken good. So much so that I wanted to photograph them the next day and I only ended up with a few left. Thanks family.
* Instead of using chocolate, you can use frozen yogurt if you’re a bit of an overachiever. Good for you. And speaking of yogurt…
Peppermint bark and chocolate with peppermint bark are hugely popular this time of year but I wanted to switch up the concept of bark with yogurt instead. It pretty much accomplishes the same thing-without the ton of sugar and all that. You can use any yogurt you like-I feel like white would be perfect for the holidays because you can top it with pomegranate and pistachios like what I did. I used my brother’s Trix yogurt since he loves this kind and being the awesome sister I am-who am I to deny him right?
My fave pairing was pistachio and pomegranate because they complemented each other so perfectly-sweet and salty perfection if you ask me. They also look very festive together so I mean why not.
In my world, fruit and chocolate go hand in hand-like fondant [my guilty pleasure]. Slice up some Granny Smith apples, or use the fancy apple slicer thing [gotta get me one of those], dip em in chocolate and then add some sprinkles to them. You could ofc be hardcore and add toppings like what we did in the chocolate cookies but it is the holidays so why not. Again, it’s all about compromise and these were one heck of a delicious one.

Hello beauties! This week I put up a DIY video showing you how to make some drop dead gawgeous holiday cards. They are so easy and fun to make- especially since they won’t cost you anything. And warning in advance- it’s slightly addictive. So much so that I decided to giveaway 10 of the cards I made to some of my viewers! I’m gonna write them up-hope I don’t make any mistakes. But I mean if I do, it’s super easy to make over. #WIN
Love the way that paint chips offer the effortlessness of ombre. That way you can have such a textured effect without even trying to do anything.

Okay so for this card, it was all about that String of Lights vibe which I think was totally appropriate for the holiday season. What makes this super special is the fact that you use your fingerprints in order to make the ‘lights’! I got my little brother to join in the fun and his own actually turned out so good-better than mine tbh!
So going along with the theme of the holidays [duh], I made this cute little wreath using paint and the eraser tip of a pencil. Again- super duper easy right?!

Ever since my dill plant passed away [I’m still legit traumatized], low fat greek yogurt/ sour cream with baked salmon was never the same. On the bright side, it has forced me to try new ways to make my salmon- like the pommegranate folded into the greek yogurt in this recipe.
This time as I was wondering what to do with my salmon, I popped open the pantry and saw staring right at me a tin of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup. How could I not right?
Of course I love tomatoes on my salmon [maybe a challenge for next time would be to use something else?]. I’m watching Chopped right now so you have to excuse me.
Also, I added some parsley flakes on top and I got this one from Badia which is a line I’ve been loving recently-I also have the black peppers and the cinnamon sticks. Yummy!
So like always, heat the freaking oven before you start prepping. You won’t think it would make a difference but I promise you it will [speaking from past experience obv].
I washed the salmon down with lemon and then put it into a glass baking dish. Pour the soup over, making sure each piece is covered. Add the tomatoes and sprinkle with the parsley flakes. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
The creaminess of the soup is going to seep into the salmon and make it taste soooo freaking good! It’s so moist and melt-in-your-mouth you’ll just want to go back for seconds. And thirds. Now I’m tempted to “infuse” my salmon with all the other soups from the Campbell’s line tbh.

Beauties! Hope y’all are well and in the holiday spirit by now. If not you can check out this video to maybe give you a boost. Today’s video is all about that stocking stuffer life and who doesn’t love putting their hands in their stocking and pulling out a little gift? There’s just something about the mystery of what could be in that stocking that makes you feel even more excited for Christmas right?
I put together a few cutesy DIYs for all types of girls-and when I saw all, obviously I don’t mean that literally. But the stocking stuffers are so versatile that they can be used for any girl you know. Hope you enjoy this video and let me know if you’ll be making any of these!
All you need are spoons, white/dark chocolate and a ton of sprinkles. I used rainbow, chocolate, desiccated coconut and M&Ms. You can even add mini marshmallows if you want-be creative! When you have tea, you just stir these bad boys in and it adds such a lovely (sweet) taste.
Chocolate Spoon Tea Stirrers
So I can’t lie-these were a bit addictive to make. It’s so easy! You just need felt and embroidery string- and a heart stencil if you’re like me and can’t draw anything to save your life! Cut out two hearts and stitch together using a really basic stitch. TBH having a hot glue obsesh almost made me use it but I resisted because even though I despise sewing [I’m absolutely horrible] the stitches add such a personal touch and it makes it look all cosy and stuff. You know what I mean.
Felt Heart Bookmark
I love anything monogrammed so anyone who is all about that prep life or is just sentimental, this is the stuffer for them. I used a wooden letter [I had previously painted it pink] and covered it with fabric. Animal print just works for me but any other fabric like floral print, striped, polka dot etc. will look just as good or even better!
P.S. 1- if you don’t have a wooden letter you can easily cut one out from cardboard!
P.S. 2- you can throw in some 2-sided tape in the stocking for your friend to stick the letter up with. Yes, what a thoughtful friend you are.
Fabric covered monogram letter
Basically anyone who always has their headphones on! It’s similar to the heart bookmark but you need a rectangular shaped piece of felt and you fold in both sides, leaving a gap in the middle for you to put your headphones. I love this because you can safely put your headphones in it and not have it getting lost or tangled all over the place. Again, you can use hot glue but the stitches looks so handmade you gotta love it.

Mmmmm the aroma of this will make your knees wobbly. I added garlic to my O.O. but you can add a fresh spring of rosemary or chili flakes and it will be oh so delish! When you’re cooking use this instead and I’m legit telling you, you won’t know what hit you. Or what hit your palette. I mean how easy [and tasty] is this for a stocking stuffer?
Garlic / Herb Infused Olive Oil
This holiday lip scrub is perfect not only for this time of the year but for your dried, cracked lips. The olive oil will moisturize your lips while the sugar will slough off any dead skin. The cinnamon or ginger [don’t use both of them in the scrub] in it will help to stimulate blood flow to your lips making them look plumper. The vanilla essence will add a yummy cookie smell to it.
– 2 tbsps sugar
– 1 tbsp olive oil/ coconut oil
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon/ginger
– 1 tsp vanilla essence
