Did you ever have a #shopaholic moment where you see something and your hands start to sweat and your legs immediately start to wobble. Not to mention that you may have needed to just sit down, breathe for a moment before the stars dancing around your head disappear? Well yes, that’s me in a nutshell right now. And probably every hardcore NAKED collector like myself in the world.

Of course there were secret rumors and then teasers of pictures for weeks now. Little hints being dropped here and there. But the thought that it could actually becoming a reality…it was too good to be true.

Except that it is true. Urban Decay has released THE Naked Vault.

The gravity of this is not to be trifled with lightly. It’s every collector’s dream. If you’ve been watching my channel for a while, you will know that I only wear nudes on my eyes so I have an unhealthy obsession with all things #NAKED

You could well imagine when The Naked Vault was released well, I already told you what happened above.

The price is also unbeatable at only $280.00 U.S. and the vault is actually worth much more [$360 value] than that so it’s definitely something that you would want to consider. It’s currently sold out [as expected] but you could just have an email sent to you when it’s back in stock.

Naked Vault comes with:

– The original NAKED palette which features darker hues

– NAKED2 which has more taupe toned shadows with some being the same as NAKED

– NAKED3 which is my dream come true because the rose gold theme of this palette was perfection. It’s definitely my favourite palette and the one I would recommend for everyone. And honestly, it’s suitable for every skin tone!

– Streak: a peachy-coral colour that’s just the right amount of vibrance. Do I hear holidays anyone?

The Naked Vault is just about perfect but I was like…but where are the NAKED Basics? I just they were just too basic for this vault? Which leads me to think that there will be default another NAKED Vault in the future…maybe the ULTIMATE NAKED Vault? [Urban Decay feel free to bill me for the suggestion].

As an addict to all things NAKED, I was slightly bit annoyed that this vault has now been released because had I had the greatness of future-telling, I wouldn’t have scrambled like a crazy person every time a new NAKED palette was released. But the damage is already done so that’s why if you were every looking to purchase the NAKED palettes or anything NAKED, then this is pretty much THE perfect set you could buy.

Would it be too much if I had this on my Christmas wish list? Just kidding…

Kylie Hair Couture

So in case you’re under a rock (and right now, I don’t blame you) Kylie is the latest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan to become a mogul in her own right- following soon to be supermodel Kendall and well of course, Kim. Besides Kylie’s famous and much talked about pout, she’ll be soon rocking killer waves.

She teamed up with the luxury hair giant Bellami to create her own line of hair extensions- Kylie Hair Kouture. And who could blame her? This is a huge opportunity for her to finally do something on her own and get out of the shadows of her famous siblings. And can we take a moment to obsess how gorgeous she looks? #FLAWLESS

I mean not that her cute bob that she rocked for most of the year wasn’t adorabs. But her “weave” as she so fondly calls her extensions just give her an entirely new look.

3 Last Minute Halloween Costumes| Eva Marie, Gypsy & Emoji

Hello my beauties! This is the last Halloween video that I’m doing on my channel and tbh, I wanted to do more but I just couldn’t find the time to do it- with two hectic jobs and all the rest of crazy in between. I still hope that you enjoyed all the DIYs I did and in case you’ve missed any, here is a playlist of my 2014 Halloween looks.

For this tutorial, I did 3 easy looks that you can put together for Halloween in like legit no time. The one and only thing that you might have to get is a red wig if you wanna do the Eva Marie #TotalDiva look but other than that, everything is probably in your closet already. For the makeup part, these weren’t really makeup tutorials so I didn’t really focus much on that aspect of it. But don’t worry, there are a ton of makeup tutorials in the world so you can choose from any of those.

Although I did a sequined bralette and leatherette skirt, please, by all means, feel free to go in your short shorts and bra top. It’s Halloween so you could really dress however you like. For the sake of this video, I chose to be a little PG with myself.

The gypsy was so easy to pull together because more than likely, you have everythangg already. A white chiffon blouse is ideal since it gives that loose look and then a purple/blue skater skirt will top this off right. The colour scheme I chose was in keeping with Esmeralda but feel free to do whatever suits you.

I used mardi gras beads for my bracelets, added big gold earrings and then I tied a beach wrap on top of my head to give me that gypsy-ish vibe.

The last look is for the UBER lazy girl and that’s the emoji girls. You know, these:

But like I said, it’s for the really lazy girl so all you need is black shorts, a black tank and then, since you’re probably so last minute already and can’t make the little headpiece, you can throw on a bando or something like that. Oh, and black ballet flats. How easy is that right?! Best of all, it’s ideal for you and your last minute friend as well.

Sorry I don’t have a pic of it for the blog post itself but it’s there in the video. Basically, my brother was helping me and and he didn’t tell me my top was super crinkly and it just made me look like a fatty.

DIY Pop Art Costume & Makeup

So forever, there’s been the pop art trend [google it] which at first, tbh, I was not keen about at all. I think it had to do with the red and black dots people used all over their face to give that “pop art” look. I have tryphophobia (basically the fear of clusters of holes-ew my blood is crawling just thinking about it) so that was probably a HUGE reason why. But with the white dots, I think that not only was I not bothered by the #tryph I actually LOVED this costume the most out of the Cleopatra and Gum ball Machine I did.

TBH I think a wig completely makes this look so much more pop art-ish and fun!

For the pop art top, you need a white tank top (I just think white would look the best) and 2 colours of felt to make the action word.

DIY Gumball Machine Costume | Easy& Inexpensive

Hello my loves! For today’s last minute Halloween tutorial, I’m showing you how to make this super easy gum ball machine costume. I also made a slight adjustment to the “machine” itself and instead of putting it on my skirt, I made a little prop with it. I felt like this was a little more appropriate as you can well imagine the comments if 25c was stuck to your crotch.

TOP

– old sports bra / old tank top/ whatever you wanna wear on top

– felt pom poms

– hot glue

PROP

– small wooden rod

– silver construction paper

– black construction paper

– glue & got glue

BOTTOM

– red skirt [if you choose to stick your sign to your skirt, I definitely don’t recommend using a pants with a zipper since it will be really awkward if you have to use the bathroom]

HAT [optional]

– red beanie
