Hello my loves!
I have recently started a mini series on my Vlog Channel called Fit Tip Friday and it’s where I will be sharing my ‘Fit Tips’ with you on Fridays (yes, I know it was quite obvious what it was about). Of course, it won’t be every Friday but I will do as much as I can to share with you smoothie recipes that I love as well as salads and other healthy yumminess. I decided to put this on my vlog channel so it won’t get in the way for my normal beauty & DIY videos-so I hope that’s okay with you?
Today it’s all about this delicious smoothie I like to call (ahem, the title of this post) ‘Energy Boosting Banana Smoothie’. I love this as a breakfast alternative or even a pre-workout drink because it is packed with ingredients that are sure to keep you pumped!
