DIY Fall Room Vibes

Hello babes!

Today’s #Falloween video is all about simple ways to get your room (and even yourself) in the mood for fall. There’s also a free download for a cute fall themed wallpaper for your phone and I love how it makes me feel every time I turn on my phone. Hope you like it as well!

Anddddd I also show how I restyled my blogger inspired desk shelves and changed it up from the original decor to one that’s more fitting for this time of the year. Now, I’m not sure if I’ll ever want to go back.

I lie, I lie. I can already hear winter themed styled shelves calling my name…

My shelves right now are the apple pumpkin of my eyes. I adore how they look and FEAR NOT, a DIY will soon be coming where I show you how to make them.

Also, I would be doing a blog post very soon on ALL the details about my Falloween themed shelves and decor. I love the way it suits the season now, without going too overboard.

Next I made this little tray that you can use for any time of the year. I love the way it turned out- especially with the orange and pink accent pieces.

Originally, I was going for a Tiffany blue color with gold, but I didn’t have that color spray paint, so it was mint and gold FTW and I kinda loved it a lot more.

I used a slab of wood cut in a circle but you can also use these wood slices for a more rustic vibe. And this it totally optional but if you want to give it a little lift, you can add “legs” to it like these self-adhesive rubber feet (which you can reinforce with hot glue).

For the stencil, I used one that came in this exact set from Target.

P.S. this Caramel Pumpkin Swirl candle is absolutely delicious and sometimes I fear that I might eat it.

Btw, mini pumpkin are LIFE.

For my night table, I switched it up by stacking old encyclopedias and then adding a pumpkin and some candy corn in a jar. To be honest, the vintage books ended up looking like books of spells which I LOVE.

P.S. all the sparkly pumpkins were from the Target Dollar Spot!

For my phone background, I had a Lilly Pulitzer one from way back when and when I went pumpkin picking, I took a picture that I loved sooooo much, that I had to make it into a background. Mine is currently set as my lock screen and it gets me dreaming about sweaters and apple pie every time I see it.
