The perks of living in the Caribbean is that you can rock pretty much summery clothes all throughout the year. Like these shorts from Choies which are now one of my fave pieces from my closet. And guess the price.
It’s only $9.9o I kid you not. Like seriously? Who could even resist that!?
It’s elastic so it’s such an easy fit and the colours- can we even? It’s like watercolor perfection. I love the way it fits and it’s definitely flattering to any body type.
What really makes me crazy about it though is the balls- get your mind out of the gutter! The pom poms that are attached on the additional bit of fabric is actually my fave detail of this entire outfit.
I paired it with a simple white crop top that was tight fitting since wearing any flowy tops would make the outfit look hung down on me. I like this sleeveless one ($5.80) and this cut out one ($17.80)- both from Forever 21.
I think keeping it fitted on the top really brings out the beauty of the shorts
I love how my mint green floral necklace from the one and only Charming Charlie looked paired with the rest of my outfit. I can’t find a similar one on the site but I know that BaubleBar has an almost identical one but for way more.
Need I mention that all of my jewelry in general is from Charming Charlie? I just love that store! Personally, I don’t fancy a huge selection of jewelry so I stick to a few key pieces which I pair with almost all my outfits.
The pom poms are draped along extra fabric that’s on either side of the shorts.
Because this was casual look, I paired it with these white sandals from Easy Spirit.
What I love about this shorts is that it’s perfect if you wanna dress it up or just be casual so I would definitely pair this with some wedges or heels when I feel more fancy.
